These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Sriman Japadas AI website, app, chat interface, digital products, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the Platform). By accessing or using the Platform, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, the user must not access or use the Platform.

  1. Operator Identity

The Platform is operated by Sriman Japadas, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Sriman Japadas,” “Platform Owner,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Privacy and legal inquiries may be sent to [email protected].

  1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Platform, the user represents and warrants that they satisfy this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into binding terms.

  1. Nature of the Service

Sriman Japadas AI is an AI-powered personal development and coaching-style platform inspired by the teachings, mentoring style, values, and communication approach of Sriman Japadas. The Platform is provided for general informational, educational, reflective, and self-development purposes only.

The Platform does not provide medical advice, psychiatric advice, mental health diagnosis, therapy, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, financial advisory services, fiduciary services, emergency support, or any other regulated professional service.

No output from the Platform, including chat responses, summaries, coaching prompts, reflections, frameworks, or recommendations, should be treated as a substitute for a licensed professional. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and deciding whether and how to rely on any output.

If a user is experiencing a crisis, self-harm thoughts, danger to self or others, medical emergency, domestic abuse emergency, or any urgent situation, the user must not rely on the Platform and must immediately contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

Results from personal development, coaching, mindset work, business execution, and AI guidance vary widely by user. The Platform does not guarantee any specific result, business growth, revenue increase, relationship outcome, mental state improvement, performance level, or transformation outcome.

Any testimonials, case studies, launch messaging, or marketing examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee that any user will achieve the same or similar outcome.

  1. Account Registration and Security

Some features may require account creation. The user agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep login credentials confidential. The user is responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

The Platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where there is suspected unauthorized use, fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

  1. Acceptable Use Rules

The user must not use the Platform:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • To generate, request, store, or distribute illegal content.
  • To harass, threaten, defame, intimidate, stalk, or abuse others.
  • To promote hate, violence, extremism, exploitation, or human trafficking.
  • To seek instructions for criminal activity, self-harm, violence, or evasion of law enforcement.
  • To upload malware, malicious code, spyware, bots, or harmful scripts.
  • To scrape, crawl, data-mine, reverse engineer, benchmark, or extract the Platform, model behavior, training logic, prompts, outputs, or datasets except as expressly permitted in writing.
  • To impersonate another person or entity or falsely suggest affiliation.
  • To use the Platform to create competing AI systems, derivative models, prompt libraries, or commercial datasets.
  • To interfere with the security, integrity, or proper operation of the Platform.

The Platform may investigate violations and may remove content, block access, preserve evidence, report conduct, or cooperate with law enforcement where legally appropriate.

  1. Values-Aligned Responses

The Platform reflects certain personal disciplines of Sriman Japadas, including abstaining from meat eating, intoxication, illicit sexual conduct outside marriage, and gambling. Where users ask about topics related to these areas, the Platform may respond from a values-based and philosophical perspective emphasizing compassion, discipline, non-violence, self-respect, and long-term wellbeing.

The Platform will aim not to shame, force belief, or impose religion. It may decline to endorse or optimize conduct that conflicts with those values while still responding respectfully and leaving the final decision to the user.

  1. User Content

“User Content” means prompts, messages, text, files, images, voice inputs, feedback, and other materials submitted by the user.

The user retains ownership of User Content to the extent permitted by law. The user grants Sriman Japadas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, adapt, transmit, and display User Content as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, troubleshoot, and enforce the Platform, subject to the Privacy Policy.

The user represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that the User Content does not violate law, contract, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, or the rights of any third party.

  1. AI Training and Improvement

Unless clearly stated otherwise in the Privacy Policy or product settings, user content may be reviewed and processed for service quality, abuse detection, security monitoring, troubleshooting, analytics, and system improvement. If the Platform offers a setting regarding model training or data improvement usage, that setting will govern to the extent described in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, AI systems, interfaces, conversation designs, prompts, branding, graphics, training structure, audio, video, text, design elements, website copy, and related content, are owned by or licensed to Sriman Japadas and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No user acquires any ownership rights in the Platform or any output formatting, workflows, or proprietary systems by using the Platform.

Subject to these Terms, the user receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Platform for lawful personal use.

  1. Restrictions on Use of Outputs

Unless expressly permitted in writing, users may not:

  • Repackage outputs as a competing service.
  • Use outputs to train, fine-tune, or benchmark another AI model.
  • Misrepresent outputs as official professional advice.
  • Use the name, likeness, voice, or brand of Sriman Japadas in a misleading or unauthorized way.
  • Use generated content for fraud, impersonation, deception, deepfakes, or false endorsements.
  1. Subscription Terms

The Platform may offer paid monthly and annual subscriptions. Prices, features, billing cycles, taxes, offers, guarantees, and promotional terms displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase govern the transaction.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. By subscribing, the user authorizes recurring charges to the payment method on file.

The user may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless a stated refund policy applies.

If a 30-day money-back guarantee or similar launch-specific refund policy is offered, that policy applies only as stated at the time of purchase and may be limited to first-time customers, first purchase, specified plans, or specified conditions.

The Platform reserves the right to change pricing, packaging, and features prospectively, with reasonable notice where required.

  1. Payments, Taxes, and Chargebacks

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or similar payment processors. The Platform does not store full payment card details unless expressly stated by the payment processor’s functionality and lawful basis.

The user is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, bank charges, exchange fees, and payment processing consequences associated with their purchase.

Improper chargebacks, payment disputes used in bad faith, or fraudulent refund behavior may result in account suspension, collections activity where lawful, and denial of future access.

  1. Termination and Suspension

The Platform may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if the user breaches these Terms, creates legal risk, harms the Platform, harms others, or engages in abuse, fraud, manipulation, or prohibited activity.

Upon termination, the user’s right to access the Platform ends immediately, but any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and payment obligations.

  1. AI Disclaimer and Model Limitations

Artificial intelligence systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, or inappropriate responses, including responses that appear confident or persuasive. The Platform does not warrant that any output is error-free, lawful in every jurisdiction, suitable for every purpose, or aligned with the user’s circumstances.

Users must independently evaluate all outputs before acting on them. The Platform may employ filters, moderation, escalation pathways, or refusal behavior, but these safeguards are not guaranteed to detect or prevent every harmful or erroneous output.

  1. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting providers, analytics vendors, payment processors, communication tools, embedded media, and other external services. The Platform is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party services.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, security, or accuracy.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sriman Japadas and any affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, data, goodwill, reputation, use, emotional distress, or personal decisions arising out of or relating to the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Sriman Japadas for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform, these Terms, or the user’s use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount actually paid by the user to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  1. Indemnity

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sriman Japadas and any affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to the user’s use of the Platform, User Content, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer law in the user’s jurisdiction requires otherwise.

  1. Export Controls and Sanctions

Users may not access or use the Platform in violation of export control laws, sanctions laws, or trade restrictions applicable in the UAE, United States, European Union, United Kingdom, or other relevant jurisdictions. The Platform may restrict access where necessary for legal compliance.

  1. Changes to the Platform and Terms

The Platform may modify, suspend, discontinue, or change features, pricing, policies, functionality, or content at any time. Material updates to these Terms may be posted on the website or communicated through the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
